Agnes Ruth (Kim) Bernini

Agnes Ruth Bernini, 89, Blairsville died Friday, August 31, 2012 at home. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Philomina (Snyder) Kim and was born November 2, 1922 in Larimer, PA. Mrs. Bernini worked as a medical aid for Torrence State Hospital. She was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Christian Daughters of America and the Court Queen of May. She is survived by two daughters Dana Durham and her husband Robert and Marilyn Bernini all of Dayton, Ohio; 2 sons Daniel Bernini and his wife Cheryl of Pittsburgh and Robert Bernini and his wife Mary Jo of Cranberry Township. One sister Gladys Duffner of Blairsville She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Daniel E., and one sister Marie McDermott Friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City. A Blessing Service will be held Tuesday at 9:30 AM at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM at Our Lady of the Assumption, Coral Site with Rev. Father Chester J. Raimer, the celebrant. Interment to follow in the SS Jude Cemetery, Blairsville.
