Agnes (Cush) Mester

Agnes (Cush) Mester, 89, Homer City died November 3, 2015 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Misik) Cush and was born May 25, 1926 in Lucernemines, Pennsylvania. Agnes is a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish. She is survived by three children, Bernadette and her husband Michael of Arlington, Virginia; Joseph Mester Jr and his wife Marion of Bowie, Maryland and Daniel Mester and his wife Sandra of Virginia Beach, Virginia; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Agnes is also survived by three sisters, Marie Exon of Mundelein, Illinois; Irene Leysock of Lucernemines, Pennsylvania and Delores Cush of Indiana, Pennsylvania. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph and two sisters, Helen Brew and Dorothy Novak. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at noon at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Lucernemines Site with Rev. Father Ron Cyktor, the Celebrant. Interment to follow in the St. Bernard Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Visiting Nurses Association.
