Ashley Thelma Orr

Ashley Thelma Orr, 98, Homer City died Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Bethany Place, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Jesse Roy and Dollie Belle (Brickell) Beers and was born April 2, 1917 in Shelocta. Ashley was a member of Luther Chapel Church Coral. She is survived by her son, Richard James Orr and his wife, Sara, Homer City; two grandsons, James Orr and Richard Orr also of Homer City. She is also survived by two sisiters, Maxine Michaels, Las Vegas, NV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Donald Orr who died in 1998 and siblings, Harold Beers, Isabelle Bone and Lee Beers and Sarah Jane Carolan. Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 Wednesday at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City where services will be held Thursday 10:00 AM at the funeral home with Rev. Tom Phillips, officiating. Interment to follow at the Greenwood Cemetery
