Barbara Diane (Sechler) Campbell, of Homer City, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2026, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on October 26, 1948, in Somerset, Pennsylvania, Barbara was the daughter of the late Leonard Q. Sechler and Audrey M. (Petrea) Sechler. Barbara dedicated 23 years of her career to S&T Bank, including serving in the Trust Department, where she was known for her hard work, kindness, and dedication.
Barbara was the beloved wife of Robert Joseph Campbell. Together they shared a life centered on family, love, and lasting memories. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Stacy (Allen) Dawson of Pittsburgh and Tracy (Nicholas) Arone of Homer City; her four cherished grandchildren, Hannah Arone, Jordan Arone, Mackenzie Dawson, and Reese Dawson; and her sister, Sally Sechler of Indiana, Pennsylvania.
Barbara's greatest joy in life was her family, especially her four beloved grandchildren. She rarely missed an opportunity to attend their sporting events and activities and took immense pride in each of them. Whether cheering from the sidelines or celebrating their accomplishments, she treasured every moment spent with them.
She found happiness in tending to her gardens and flowers and treasured the companionship of her beloved cat, Blackie. Barbara had a gentle spirit, a caring heart, and a gift for making those around her feel loved.
In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her sisters, Linda Glessner and Jane Blazek.
Barbara will be remembered for her kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her legacy of love will continue through the lives of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Friends will be received Friday from 2 PM - 6 PM at Bowser Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Homer City, where Funeral Services will be held at 6 PM.
