Bernard Martin Kupchella

Kupchella, Bernard Martin Ben, 75, Jackson Twp., passed away Feb 28, 2018 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born 10-23-1942 in Johnstown. Son of the late Martin and Sylvia Monborne. Ben is survived by his sons Greg (Kathy) Kupchella, Mundys Corner and Brian (Pam) Kupchella, Warren. Grandchildren Branden (Jillian), Cody, Nathen, Morgan, and Jake. Brother of Nancy (Larry) McCeary, Nanty Glo, Patty (Greg) Zeglen, Belsano, and Martin (Sally) Kupchella, Nanty Glo. Numerous nieces and nephews. His beloved pet dog Bebe. He was the previous owner of Mundys Corner Auto Parts Store for over 30 Years. Member of St. Marys Church, Nanty Glo where he served as an usher. Member of the Jackson Twp. Sportsmans Club. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Enjoyed spending time with his close friends Gene Molnar, Bobby Kline, and the late Bob Dugan. Ben appreciated the care and time along with the compassion and love that his sisters Patty and Nancy gave to him. Family and friends will be received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, where Liturgical wake service will be held. Funeral mass will be Tuesday, 10:00 A.M. at St. Marys Church. Interment will follow in Holy Name Cemetery, Ebensburg.
