Betty Louise (Weaver) Nicholls

Betty Louise Nicholls, age 78, of Greensburg died Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. She was born on February 28, 1936 in Wilkensburg, PA and was the daughter of Paul and Clara (Carnahan) Weaver. Betty was employed by Bell Telephone as an operations clerk where she was a member of the Pioneer non- profit group. She was a member of the First Reform United Church of Christ, and a member of the Hillview Bowling League in Greensburg. Betty is survived by two daughters, Pamela and husband Paul McDonald, Saratoga, CA and Kimberly and husband John Stephens, Jeanette, PA; and grandchildren Corey and Chelsi Stephens and Ryan and Tristan McDonalds. She is also survived by three sisters; Margaret Matthews, Florida; Emogene Gower, Virginia and Pauline Hendrick, Florida. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home in Homer City is in charge of arrangements.
