Deborah (Hamilton) Steffey

Deborah Steffey, 65, Lucernemines, died Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Beacon Ridge. She was the daughter of Gerald and Margaret (Caruso) Hamilton and was born November 10, 1947 in Indiana. Deborah was a member of the Homer City Presbyterian Church and the American Legion Auxiliary Post # 493, Homer City. She was employed by the District Attorney's Office. Deborah is survived by her two daughters - Lisa and her husband Bryan Hunter of Indiana and Tonya and her husband Christian Weller of Homer City; two granddaughters - Raylee and Hanna Weller. She is also survived by her parents and four sisters - Bonnie and her husband Dan Steffey of Lucernemines; Tammy Burrow of Homer City; Rebecca and her husband Mark Battestelli of Homer City and Amy and her husband Tony Henry of Blairsville. She was preceded in death by her Grandparents. Friends will be received Saturday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City where services will be held Sunday at 1:30 PM at the funeral home. Interment to follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.
