Florence M. (MacBlane) Molnar

Florence M. Molnar, 90, formerly of Homer City died Tuesday, October 02, 2012 at William Penn Care Center, Penn Township.She was the daughter of the late Alexander and Nellie (Vinton) MacBlane and was born on November 11, 1921 in Ralphton, PA. She was a member of the Homer City United Methodist Church, the Homer City Womens Club and the Ideal Friendship Class. Mrs. Molnar was employed by Homer City State Bank and S&T Bank as an administrative assistant. Mrs. Molnar is survived by her son John A. Jack Molnar and his wife Susan of Hempfield Twp; and her two granddaughters Kathryn Kate Duffy and her husband Michael of Bell Acres, PA and Alexandra Lexi Molnar of Hempfield Twp. She is also survived by her brother William MacBlane and his wife Dolly of Melbourne, FL and two sisters-in-law Elizabeth MacBlane of Saltsburg and Frances MacBlane of Hummelstown. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John and two brothers Robert and John. Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City.A funeral service will be held Friday at 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow in the Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.
