Frank Kuhar

Kuhar, Frank, 60, Vintondale, passed away March 5, 2018, after a courageous 5 year battle with cancer. He was born Oct. 1, 1957 in Johnstown. Preceded in death by parents Francis and Dorothy (Lazich) Kuhar, and brother Douglas Kuhar. Frank is survived by his wife of 40 years Cindy Kuhar, Vintondale. Daughter Mandy Kuhar (Patrick Laney), Vintondale. Grandson Bannon Laney. Brother of Laurie Kuhar, Virgina Beach, Va., Mary (Mike) Malloy, Vintondale, Ralph Kuhar, Maine, and Theresa (Paul) McCloskey, Homer City. Franks greatest joy was being with his grandson Bannon. He loved fishing and his dogs and horses, and most of all his family. Family and friends will be received on Thursday at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, from 4 P.M. until the time of the memorial service at 7 P.M., Fr. Wesley Mash, officiating. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
