Frank Mlinarich, 81, of Graceton, died Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana. He was the son of the late Joseph and Katharine Yancy Mlinarich and was born March 9, 1934, in Homer City. He was a member of Our Lady of The Assumption Parish, where he served as an usher for many years. He belonged to the Jednota Lodge #484 and was a charter member of the Red Barn Sportsmens Club and the Knights of Columbus Council Lodge #10960, Lucernemines. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Frank retired as a controller at the former Iselin coal cleaning plant. He was a loving grandfather and enjoyed every minute being with his family. He also liked hunting, which was his favorite hobby. He is survived by his son, Jeffrey and wife Susan, of Chicago; daughter, Patrice and husband Ron Zezza, of Pittsburgh; grandchildren, Matthew and Alyssa Zezza and Dylan Mlinarich; and four sisters Helen Sanford, of Greensburg; Irene Mlinarich, of Pittsburgh; Gertrude Mlinarich, of Homer City; and Betty Nymick, of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary Ann; two brothers, Joseph and Steve; and by three sisters Mary Mlinarich, Ann Cochran and Kathryn Silveri. Friends will be received from 9:30 a.m. until the time of blessing service at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Coral site, with the Rev. Father Ron Cyktor as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Coral.
