George D. Sager

George D. Sager, 93, Homer City died January 15, 2020 at Beacon Ridge. He was the son of the late George and Margaret (Tunstall) Sager and was born May 20, 1926 in Patton, PA.

George was a Veteran of the US Navy and a member of the Indiana VFW Post #1989. He graduated from Vale Tech and was employed as a machinist with Beckwith Machinery, Indiana.

George is survived by his wife Mary K. (Bash) Sager, his son, George F. Sager, Homer City and his sister, Ann Snyder, Brush Valley.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Genevieve Crissy and Evona Mulvihill.

Friends will be received Sunday from 2-6 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City.  Funeral Services will be held Monday at 11AM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home Chapel, Homer City.  Interment to follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.
