Helen Kathleen "Kathi" (Cline) Mlakar

Helen Kathleen (Kathi) Mlakar, age 62 of Blairsville, died September 30, 2014 at Cambria Care. She was born on November 7, 1951 in Indiana, PA and was the daughter of Charles and Gladys (Young) Cline. Helen liked to crochet and play Bingo. She loved spending time with all her grandchildren and enjoyed watching the boys play football. Helen was retired from I & A Residential Services. Helen is survived by husband George Donald Mlakar Also by four children Marci Garland and husband (James), Blairsville; Tammy Torok and husband Randy, New Florence; Dawn Kemler, Johnstown; and Kevin Mlakar and fiancé Kara Gallaher, Twin Rocks. Helen is survived by 12 grandchildren; Hayley, Samantha, Justin, Emily, Krystin, Maddison, Noah, Alleigh, Luke, Dawson, Xavier and Heaven Leigh. She is also survived by 3 sisters; Marian Cline, Blairsville; Cheryl Brown, Blairsville and Alma (Phil) Sims, West Monroe, LA. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Ryan Mlakar and her son-in-law, Donald Kemler. Friends will be received Friday from 1-3PM and 5-7PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City where services will be held Saturday at 11AM at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kenneth Keiper, officiating. Interment to follow in the Oakland Cemetery.
