Inez A. (Gelotte) George

George, Inez A. (Gelotte), 81, of Nanty Glo, passed away March 7, 2018 UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born Jan. 18, 1937 in Nanty Glo. She is the daughter of the late Dominick and Esther (Lyttle) Gelotte. Grandson Derek Brothers. Brother Dominic Buster Gelotte. Inez is survived by husband of 63 years Eugene George, Nanty Glo. Children Bill (Debbie), Joseph (Denise), Nick (Dawn), Eugene (Kim), Jamey (Teri), Bob (Tracey), Rich (Tammy), and Beth Ann (Kirk) Eicher. Grandchildren Jackie, Melissa, BJ, Wendy, Kristy, Joey, Matt, Tyler, Audrey, Annie, Tyler, Lacey, Shaylynn, Paige, Abby, Marla, Dom, Cass, Emmy, Ben, Megan, Maria, Brady, Derek, Dalton, Payton, Jimmy, Derek, Taylor, and Logan, and 28 Great grandchildren. She was member of St. Marys Church, Nanty Glo, where she taught CCD for many years. Inez was the foundation of a large family with the center always being God. She shaped all her grandchildren and great grandchildren to walk with God and that is the best legacy anyone can leave. Family and friends will be received at Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo, on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8, where Liturgal Wake service will be held. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, 10:00 A.M., at St. Marys Church, Fr. Leonard Voytek, the Celebrant. Interment will be Saturday, March 17, 2018 at St. Marys Cemetery.
