James 'Bill' Fitch

Fitch, James, Bill, 82, Ebensburg, passed away April 16, 2018 at his home . He was born Feb. 28, 1936 in Bethesda, OH. Son of the late Charles and Pearl (Ross) Fitch. Preceded in death by wife Linda Fitch and sister Charlotte Louise Fort. Bill is survived by Daughter Kristy McCloskey; Grandson Brennon McCloskey. He is the brother of Ruth Ann Fitch, David Fitch, Melvin Fitch, Cheryl Cliffton, and Kay Shaffer. Numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was an army veteran, and served during both the Korean and Vietnam wars. Bill loved spending time with his grandson and enjoyed racing and old cars. Family and friends will be received at the Bowser Ondriezek Funeral Home, Nanty Glo on Saturday from 11 A.M. until the time of funeral services at 1 P.M. Fr. Scott Lill. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Military services will be conducted by the Twin Rocks VFW, Nanty Glo Leigon, and Vintondale VFW.
