Kathryn Ann "Kuta" Silveri, 89, Homer City died Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Beacon Ridge Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Kathryn (Yancy) Mlinarich and was born October 2, 1925 in Red Barn. Kathryn was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish and a member of Christian Mothers. She is survived by two children, Ronald and his wife Marian Silveri, Huntingtown, MD and JoAnn and her husband Wayne Bossinger, Pittsburgh; four grandchildren, Bryan and his wife Ashely, Washington DC; Elizabeth and her husband Josh Lansbury, Huntingtown, MD; Justin Bossinger, New Jersey; Jennifer and her fiancée Jason, Washington, DC and a great-grandson, Bryce Lansbury. Kathryn is also survived by her siblings, Helen Sandford, Greensburg; Irene Mlinarich, Bridgewater, PA; Frank Mlinarich, Graceton, Gertrude Mlinarich, Homer City; Betty Nymick and her husband John, Pittsburgh and her sister-in-law, Julia Mlinarich, Clune, PA. Her dear friend, Kathy Daskivich and many nieces and nephews also survive her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Silveri; siblings, Mary Mlinarich, Joseph Mlinarich, Steve Mlinarich and Ann Cochran. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City. A Blessing Service will be held Thursday at 9:30 AM at the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 AM at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Coral Site with Rev. Father Ron Cyktor, the Celebrant. Interment to follow in the St. Bernard Cemetery, Indiana
