LuAnna Ricci Scott

LuAnna Ricci Scott passed away on February 14, 2026. She was born on September 6, 1957, the daughter of Leno and Elizabeth (Zometsky) Ricci of Homer City.

LuAnna is survived by her husband, Vincent Scott; her sisters, Susan Caughetry (Michael) and Laura Clary (Terry); and her brother, Daniel Palazzone (Valerie).

LuAnna was a graduate of Homer Center class of 1975. She worked at the former Homer City Sheetz, as a road construction flagger, and at the Homer City Generation Station. She was a member of the IBEW.

A lifelong animal lover, LuAnna lived to own her own farm. She especially loved caring for and riding her horses. For her, every day on the farm was a day on vacation. Her animals, chickens, cats, dogs, and more, were her children.

Friends will be received Saturday from 4 PM until the time of funeral service at 7 PM at Bowser Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., Homer City. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.
