Mabel Nora Zofchak

Mabel Nora Zofchak, 84, Waterman died September 4, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. She was the daughter of the late Murray W. and Ida (Peterman) Boyer and was born February 6, 1932 in Indiana. She was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, Homer City and the Homer City Senior Citizens. Mabel is survived by six children, James (Cheryl) Boyer, Sigel, PA; Patricia (John Coffman) Windows, Aultman; Karen (Dennis Chico) Catalano, Lucernemines, Joyce Blystone, Aultman, Thomas (Sue) Zofchak, Kennedy, NY and Bud (Donna) Zofchak, Florida. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one brother, Charles Boyer, Lancaster. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George T. Zofchak in 1977, her son, Randy Zofchak, eight brothers, Kenneth, David, Roy, Harry, Floyd, Clair, John and George. She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Helen Little and Margaret and Dorothy Caulfield. Friends will be received, Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8PM and Wednesday from 10 AM until time of service at 11 AM the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City with Rev. Tom Whipple, officiating. Interment to follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.
