Michael David Fennell, 42, of Homer City died March 15, 2019 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was the son of Roger A. Fennell and Deborah Kosanovich Fennell Mock and was born March 25, 1976 in Indiana, PA. Michael enjoyed drag-strip racing, motorcycle riding, and spending time with his nieces and nephews, Douglas, Chloe, Jeffrey, Taylor Ann, Hunter, Garrett and Travis. He was employed by Citizens' Ambulance Service. Mike is survived by his father, Roger A. Fennell, Indiana; his mother, Deborah Kosanovich Fennell Mock, Homer City, his siblings, Stephen Fennell and wife Robin, Indiana; Jennifer Shaffor and husband Tim, Kent; Michael Mock and wife Sally, Home and Bradley Mock and wife Melanie, Homer City. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and his best friend Bradley Butterworth, Creekside. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald "Merle" and Rella Fay Fennell, George S. and Helen Kosanovich and Chester M. and Mary Belle Mock Sr. He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Chester M. Mock Jr.. Friends will be received Sunday from 6-9 PM and Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City. Visitation will also be held Tuesday from 9 AM until time of Funeral Service at 10 AM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home Chapel, with his aunt, retired Rev. Kathy Higgins and Rev. Father Jeffrey Wylie, co-officiating. Interment to follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.
