Nancy Virginia (Hollenbaugh) Long

Nancy Virginia Long, 71, Homer City died Friday, November 29, 2013 at her late residence. She was the daughter of the David and Dorothy (Croyle) Hollenbaugh. She was born July 23, 1942 in Indiana, PA Nancy was a member of the Berkley Methodist Church in Brush Valley and the Homer City American Legion Post #493, Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Marie Jarvie and husband Ike of Clymer; 2 grandsons, Josh and Jake Jarvie; her father, David Hollenbaugh of Brush Valley. She is also survived by one brother, Ralph Hollenbaugh and wife Dorothy of Indiana and Shirley Jones of South Fork. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Long in 2005 and daughter Cheryl Ann Cassatt in 2006. Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City where services will be held Friday at 1:00PM with the Rev. Rick Markle, officiating. Interment to follow in the Brush Valley Cemetery.
