Pauline Ann (Vilcek) Gatskie

Pauline Ann (Vilcek) Gatskie, 91, Blairsville died Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Gasper and Pauline (Kaleta) Vllcek and was born January 6, 1925. Pauline was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, First Catholic Ladies Association, Christian Mothers and Catholic Daughters of America. She is survived by these children, Patricia (Daniel) Call, Chicora, PA; Janet (Daniel) Clawson, Arcadia, Fl; Michael (Beverly) Gatskie Jr., Marion Center, PA; Robert (Patricia) Gatskie, Marion Center, PA and James Gatskie, Blairsville, PA; grandchildren, James, Bence, Jodi Stillwagon, Jason and BobbyJo Bence, Jill Holley, Michael and Elizabeth Gatskie III, Natalie Gatskie, Nathan and Tricia Gatskie, Joelene and Tommy Loughry and James and Vanessa Gatskie. She is also survived by these great grandchildren, James and Jonah Bence, Danielle Stillwagon, Isabella, Joss and Isaiah Bence, Hayden Bence, Michael IV and Madison Gatskie, Mikayla and Blake Gatskie and Madelyn and Raegan Loughry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. Gatskie Sr., grandson, Brian M. Gatskie, brothers, Stephen, Gasper and Gusty Vilcek and sister, Sophia Sandy. Friends will be received Friday from 3-8 PM at the C. Frederick Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City. A Blessing service will be held at 10:30 AM at the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 11AM Saturday at Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Coral Site with the Rev. Fr. Ron Cyktor, the Celebrant. Interment to follow in the St. Frances Cemetery, Coral.
