Philip A. Dallas

September 22, 1966 — January 23, 2021

Seward, PA

Philip A. Dallas, 54, of Seward died January 23, 2021, due to an accident he suffered at home.  He was born September 22, 1966 in Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

Phil was a loving and caring husband who was always there for me.  He will be sorely missed and we will carry him in our hearts forever.

Phil had a passion for aircraft and a strong work ethic.  He was always proud to say that he worked for Lockheed Martin and Delta Airlines.  He was a member of IAMAW Local #2171 and the Ligonier VFW.
Phil was a Civil War and World War II enthusiast.  He always enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was an avid Nascar fan.  Phil had a curious mind, always looking to expand his Trivia Base.

Other hobbies included traveling, woodworking, gardening, and watching the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins.  Phil always enjoyed his weekly phone call to his father in-law, Roy, to discuss the Steelers, Pirates or gardening, depending on the time of the year.
Phil lived life to the fullest until the end.

Phil is survived by his wife, Denise Dallas; his mother, Lorraine Dallas; his brother, Scott (Kate) Dallas; his sister, Sheri (Scott) Stern; his nephew, Jake Dallas and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sigmond and Wanda Barkaszi; and his Uncle Stephen and Aunt Billy Ann Barkaszi.

A special thank you to the doctors and health care professionals at Presbyterian Hospital, William Penn Care Center, and 365 Hospice who were there to help Phil until the very end.

Due to recent Covid19 health restrictions, the family held a private graveside service at Oakland Cemetery, Indiana, PA.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Phil's' name to 365 Hospice, 2549 Mosside Blvd, Monroeville, PA 15146
