Stephen Todd Johnston, Sr.

Stephen Todd Johnston Sr., 55, of Brush Valley, passed away on May 11, 2025, at his residence. He was the son of Ronald and Ruth (Stake) Johnston and was born on November 28, 1969, in Indiana, Pennsylvania.

Stephen was a member of the Trappers Association and the American Trucking Association. He also attended the Brush Valley United Methodist Church. Stephen worked as a truck driver and was the owner and operator of STJSR Transportation.

In addition to his parents, Ronald and Ruth Johnston of South Carolina, he is survived by his children: Kelsey (Mark Sandolfini) Johnston of Strongstown; Kara (John Campbell) Johnston of Graceton; and Stephen (Bailey Sinclair) Johnston Jr. of Rochester Mills. He is also survived by his five grandchildren: Dustin, Kali, Aiden, Jackson, and Rosabelle. Additionally, he is survived by his brother, Mark (Joyce) Johnston, and his nieces, Heather and Jessica, all of North Carolina.

As per Stephen's wishes, private funeral services were held.
