Thomas Joseph Dixson

Thomas Joseph Dixson, 56, of Indiana, passed away on May 13, 2026. Born on May 3, 1970, in Indiana, he was the son of Thomas and Marlene (Stella) Dixson.

Thomas was a member of AAPL, the Indiana Country Club, the Allied Club, and Holy Protection of Mary Byzantine Catholic Church. He was a proud season ticket holder for the Pittsburgh Steelers and enjoyed going to games with his family and friends.

An avid golfer, Thomas began playing the game at the age of 12 and carried a lifelong love for golf. He loved his Porsches and motorcycle and treasured the time he spent with family, friends and his dogs. He will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew him.

He is survived by his mother, Marlene Dixson, Penn Run; his siblings, Michael Dixson and his wife Susan, Canonsburg; Kristie Voyda and her husband Jeff, Homer City; his nieces and nephews, Julia, Molly, and Mikey Dixson, and Max and Maggie Voyda, who were the light of his life. He is also survived by his dogs, Nera and Bella

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Dixson, and his wife, Lindsey Alton-Dixson, and his dogs, Ivan, Cody, Patches and JO.

Family and friends will be received Monday from 2 to until the time of the Memorial Service at 7 p.m. at the Bowser Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Homer City. Please join us in wearing your favorite Steelers gear to honor him. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the Indiana County Humane Society in his honor.
