Thomas E. Rager

Thomas E. Rager, 45, Josephine died May 29, 2016 at his residence. He was the son of Carl and Wanda (Syster) Rager and was born November 16, 1971 in Indiana, PA. Tom enjoyed all water sports especially boating, loved jamming to music and shredding down a mountain on skis. He was employed at Torrance State Hospital as a prison guard. He is survived by his children, Thomas E. Rager, Homer City and Emily I. Rager, Robinson; one granddaughter, Scarlet Rager and his mother, Wanda Rager, Josephine. He is also survived by his sisters, Carlene Hilliard, Cramer; Brenda Rager, Indiana and his brother, Richard Rager, Pittsburgh; nieces and nephews, Brian Vance, Brad Vance, Devin Hilliard and Aaron The Bub Rager and great nieces and nephews, Lilly, Braden, Kolt, Tyler and Cheyenne and too many friends to mention. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Rager. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 until 8PM at the C. Frederick Bowser funeral home, Homer City. Funeral Services will be held at 8PM with his aunt, Rev. Jane Cecconi, officiating.
