Walter L. CUnningham Jr.

Walter L. “Wally” Cunningham Jr., 83, passed away on August 27, 2025, at Beacon Ridge Nursing Home in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Born in Pittsburgh on April 10, 1942, he was the son of the late Walter L. Cunningham Sr. and Susan (Gresock) Cunningham.

He attended Marshall University and served in the United States Navy. He later worked for Mesta Machine in Pittsburgh and for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB).

He enjoyed antiquing, hunting, and following sports, and will be remembered fondly by those who knew him.

He is survived by two nieces and several cousins, and he was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Wally was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Patricia Doyle.

Per Wally’s wishes, no services will be held.
